Kelsey Homewood joined the Western Illinois Athletics Department in May 2012 as Director of Marketing/Promotions. She joins the Leathernecks following three years at Winona State University.

She develops and implements marketing and promotional campaigns for Leatherneck Athletics and also serves as assistant director for the Leatherneck Club. Over the previous three years, Homewood worked in various administrative capacities for Winona State.

Homewood recently served as the Associate Athletics Director for Warrior Athletics, overseeing corporate partnerships, fundraising, marketing, promotions and also serving as the Senior Woman Administrator. She managed more than 65 corporate sponsors, was director of game sponsorships/promotions, supervised the corporate suites at football and basketball, oversaw the Warrior Sports Network, and was the event coordinator for all athletics' alumni events.

Her career with the Warriors began as the game management director for the 14 sports programs and assistant strength and conditioning coach. Homewood then took over as the compliance coordinator, budget director and assistant fund raising director for the department. Those duties progressed to her most recent job responsibilities for the NCAA Division II program.
