2011 (SOPHOMORE): 2011 Summit League Fall Academic All-League Team (Distinguished Scholar)...Papa John's Scholar Athlete of the Week (Nov. 7,2011)...Played in 40 sets over 14 appearances…Finished the season with four double-digit kill performances … Over the final eight matches of the season, Smith led the squad with 69 kills and 2.46 kills per set… Had seven kills on nine attempts, two service aces and two total blocks against Savannah State (Sept. 4)…Collected nine kills on 20 attempts and two aces at Oral Roberts (Oct. 20)...Came off the bench to record 10 kills and three blocks against South Dakota (Oct. 28)…Had a team-high 11 kills on 28 attempts (.357 attack percentage) in the win at Chicago State (Nov. 1)…Set career-highs with 12 kills, 45 attempts and three blocks at IUPUI (Nov. 5)…Put down 10 kills on 29 attempts (.310 attack percentage) at IPFW (Nov. 11)...Had a career-high three aces to go along with a season-high 14 digs at Oakland (Nov. 12).

2010 (FRESHMAN): 2010 Summit League Fall Academic All-League Team (Distinguished Scholar)... Saw action in 29 matches (102 sets) … recorded 24 starts at setter, including 13 in a row from Aug. 28 – Oct. 2 … ranked first on the squad in assists (635) and aces (25) and fourth in digs (162) … collected season-high 64 assists versus USC-Upstate (Aug. 28) … had nine 30-plus assist efforts and four 40-plus performances … recorded two double-doubles, including a 41 assist-21 dig effort versus IPFW (Sept. 17) … posted 15 assists and 10 digs versus SIUE (Nov. 10) … collected a service ace in 19 matches.
