HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letterwinner in football... earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Area accolades following his senior season... during his senior year finished with 60 tackles, five interceptions, two forced fumbles and two recovered fumbles... also blocked a punt and a field goal attempt... ran a fumble back for a touchdown... during his junior year switched from his usual cornerback position and started a game at safety, turning in seven tackles and two fumble recoveries.
