2012 (Freshman): 2012 Winter/Spring Academic All-Summit League... appeared in 15 games with eight starts and made four appearances as a pitcher... pitched 1.2 innings of relief in game three of the Georgia State series... gave up 3 runs on 3 walks but did not allow a hit... pinch-hit double against Alabama A&M in his first collegiate at-bat... gave up 1 run in 1.0 IP against Maryland Eastern Shore... started at DH on 3/24/12 vs. Xavier and went 1-for-1 with an RBI... pitched 0.2 of an inning at Oakland on 4/27... started three games in IPFW series and drove in two runs... started all three games at Illinois State... went 2-for-5 at South Dakota State on 5/18 including  one RBI and a double.

High School
All-Conference selection during junior and senior seasons... three-time letter winner... team won regional and sectional championships in 2010... hurled a no-hitter in the conference championship game... played for the Galesburg Silver Steaks where he went 7-3 with a 4.51 ERA and 42 strikeouts in 45 innings... also collected three saves... hit .351 with 25 RBI... during legion baseball he went 4-0 with a 2.00 ERA and 23 punch outs in 28 innings... won the C.A.B.A. World Series... collected a .427 batting average with 27 RBI and a .519 on-base percentage... slugged .562... ranked #38 in the 2011 class by Prep Baseball Report.
