Macomb, Ill. - 'The Purple Haze', the official student fan group for Western Illinois Athletics, will be hosting a pre-season party this Monday, August 27, at Buffalo Wild Wings. The event will start at 5:15 p.m. with free prizes and giveaways as well as 15% off all orders.

'The Purple Haze' costs just $5 dollars to join. With the membership you will receive an official Purple Haze shirt, priority seating at all home Leatherneck events, invitations to all Purple Haze gatherings, e-mail updates from Head Coaches and Administrators, and many opportunities to win prizes at Leatherneck home events. 

Students will be able to register to be a part of 'The Purple Haze' on Monday. There, you can pick up your Purple Haze t-shirts, get the 2012-2013 schedule of events and sign-up for Purple Haze leadership positions.
