2008 (Senior season): Started in 16 of 17 matches played... scored the game-winning goal against Radford for his lone goal on the year... named to the UAB Classic All-Tournament Team... helped lead a defense that broke the school record for fewest goals in a season by only allowing 14 goals this year... named to the Summit League Fall Academic All-League Team. 

2007 (Junior season): Scored consecutive game-winning goals in the first two games of the season... named The Summit League Player of the Week for August 27-September 2... named Offensive MVP of the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center Appalachian Classic... missed eight games due to injury... earned All-Summit League Academic honors... named to The Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2006 (Sophomore season): First Team All-Mid-Con selection... started in 22 of 22 games played.. two of three goals scored were game winning... named to The Mid-Con Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence and named to Mid-Continent Fall Academic All-Conference Team.

2005 (Redshirt-Freshman season): Started in 16 of 20 matches he played... took seven shots on goal... named to the Mid-Continent All-Conference First-Team and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.



2004 (Freshman season): Redshirted.

High School:
Was a three-year letter winner in soccer... earned the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award... named the MVP and Best Defensive Player for the varsity basketball team... recognized as an Illinois State Scholar and earned the IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award.

Personal:
Son of Doug and Karen Greenwell... born June 7, 1986... Graduated in December 2008 with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry.
