Kelle Oest,1994 - Kelle served as co-captain of the Westerwinds basketball team and leads WIU in three all-time statistical categories. She scored in double figures in 23 of 27 games during the 1982-83 season and was named the MVP in 82-83, 83-84, and 84-85. One of the records she still holds is a perfect free-throw average (12 of 12) in one game.
