Gary Simon,1997 - A baseball and football letterman who garnered All-Conference and NAIA All-American honors. Simon spent 13 years at Wauconda High School as the department head, head baseball coach and assistant football coach. Simon's baseball teams won five conference championships, one regional title, one sectional and was a state Elite 8 qualifier.
