MACOMB, Ill. - Western Illinois senior Ceola Clark III was named 'Mid-Major Player of the Week' by College Sports Madness on Monday (Dec. 3) after helping lead the Leathernecks to a 2-0 Summit League record this past week on the road.
Western Illinois won at South Dakota last Thursday (Nov. 29), 73-71, followed by a 68-63 victory over at Kansas City on Saturday (Dec. 1).
Clark dropped a game-winner as time ran out at South Dakota, scored 20 points and dished out four assists. He then followed up that performance by dropping a career-high tying 27 points on the Kangaroos of UMKC.
He was also named Summit League 'Player of the Week' by College Sports Madness.

The Leathernecks finish their eight-game road trip Wednesday (Dec. 5) at Eastern Illinois. The two teams will tip-off at 7 p.m.
