MACOMB, Ill. - Head men's soccer coach Dr. Eric Johnson announced the 2013 spring men's soccer schedule, featuring six total games, including four at John MacKenzie Alumni Field.
Coming off their second straight Summit League Championship and sixth of the past nine years, the Leathernecks are looking to continue the momentum through the spring season and into the fall of 2013.
Western Illinois will travel to Bradley for the first of five straight Saturday contests on March 30 to open the schedule.
Big Ten opponent Wisconsin will then come to Macomb on April 6 for a 2 p.m. match.
The Leathernecks are also hosting the annual Governor's Cup on April 13, featuring Western, Northern Illinois, Eastern Illinois, and SIU-Edwardsville. First-round matchups are yet to be determined; there will also be first- and third-place games.
Then, WIU will conclude its spring schedule with a home game against Lincoln College (April 20), before finishing with a road match at Quincy (April 27).
