Kathy Turley, 2002 - Beginning a record-setting track career at Roseville High School, Kathy ended her days at Western Illinois with four Westerwinds records. Running from 1981 to 1985, she was an AIAW All-American selection in 1982 and helped lead Western to the Gateway Conference Championship in 1984. Kathy holds the 400 meter mark of 56.83 and ran on school record team in the distance medley relay, 11:56.92, the outdoor 4x400 meter relay, 3:42.56, and the indoor 4x400 meter relay, 3:50.28.
