At Western Illinois
2012 (Freshman): Appeared in 14 games and made 12 starts... no decision in his first start during game three of the Georgia State series... gave up two early runs but blanked the Panthers in 2nd-5th inning... five strikeouts... earned start against Maryland Eastern Shore working 5.0 IP... gave up two runs on three hits with no walks and two strikeouts... Summit League Co-Pitcher of the Week following his performance against Georgia... picked up his first collegiate win allowing four runs (two earned) on six hits in 7.2 innings of work, striking out seven... picked up his second straight win at WKU on Sunday with seven scoreless innings... made first relief appearance vs. Air Force... went seven innings with six strikeouts to pick up his third win of his season... took a no-hitter into the sixth on 4/1 against Bradley while strike out six over 6.2 innings but was saddled with the loss... struck out 13 over seven innings on 4/7 vs. SUU, which is tied for third in program history... struck out six over five innings vs. NDSU on 4/15... shortest start of the season at ORU on 4/20, lasted just four innings and allowed two runs (one earned)... went 5.2 innings at Oakland on 4/29 and allowed three earned runs while walking three and striking out three while getting the loss... lasted 4.2 against IPFW on May 6 and allowed five (four earned) while striking out four and was given the loss... appeared in relief in game three at Illinois State and threw a scoreless inning with a strikeout... went 1.2 innings at South Dakota State and allowed three earned runs while striking out three.

Two-time letter winner... selected to Team Indiana Crossroads Baseball Series... 2011 Preseason Honorable Mention Rawlings All-American... ranked #19 prospect and selected as having one of the top 10 fastballs in Indiana by Indiana Prep Baseball Report... All-Conference and All-County selection... selected to Indiana Elite Senior All-Star Team... 12-2 in his two seasons as a Varsity starter... this past season struck out 61 hitters in 55.2 innings with a 3.10 ERA... during this past summer pitched for Anderson-Hockett Indiana American Legion Post 127 he went 5-0 and recorded 45 strikeouts in 35 innings... member of 2010 Conference Championship, Sectional and Regional Championship Teams... 2011 Conference Champions... tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout with 11 K's in the sectional semifinal.
