MACOMB, Ill.-Western Illinois Athletics is partnering with McDonough District Hospital to sponsor Rocky's Kid Captain during the 2012 football season.
During each Leatherneck home game, the selected Rocky's Kid Captain will be the honored guest and receive: six game tickets, a single-game parking pass for their family, and a specialized Leatherneck apparel item.
"Western Illinois Athletics is grateful to our loyal fans and constant support from the community," Director of Athletics Marketing Kelsey Homewood said. "The Rocky's Kid Captain is a great opportunity to work with McDonough District Hospital and provide a deserving Leatherneck fan with a memorable experience at Hanson Field. We are excited to grant a deserving Leatherneck Kid Captain the chance to experience Leatherneck Football first hand."

2012 season opens on August 30th when Western Illinois plays host to Butler in
the first of six home games at Hanson Field.
