HIGH SCHOOL: Kuhar follows her older sister Kristin and joins the Leathernecks out of Saint Joseph’s High School... won four Sectional championships, three Regional championships, and a State title in 2010 to highlighted her very successful high school career... Saint Joseph’s program was a two-time Semi-State champions, three-time Final Four participant, and three-time northern Indiana Conference champions... in 2009, Kuhar was named NIC Second Team All-Conference, First Team All-District, and ISCA Third Team All-State... in 2010, she collected NIC First Team All-Conference honors while also being named ISCA First Team All-State, was nominated for Gatorade Indiana State Player of the Year, and earned ISCA First Team All-District... in 2011, Kuhar again received NIC First Team All-Conference honors while being a team captain... also received ISCA First Team All-District for the third time and was named ISCA Second Team All-State... also an accomplished club player and was part of the team that was a three-time Indiana State Cup Runner Up and was a Region 2 Regional Championship participant... holds the Indiana high school career shutout record with 43 shutouts... Saint Joseph’s finished with a 73-12-4 record during Kuhar’s four years.
