JUNIOR (2012-13): 2013 All-Summit League Team selection... Helped the 400 free relay team to a 2nd place finish (3:05.75), the 200 medley relay (1:34.40) and 200 free relay (1:24.54) teams to 5th place finishes and the 400 medley relay team to a 6th place spot (3:26.58) at the Summit League Championships... Also recorded a career best time at the Summit League Championships in 50 free (21.53) taking 14th place.

SOPHOMORE (2011-12): 2012 Winter/Spring Academic All-Summit League Distinguished Scholar... set a Western Illinois school record in the 100 Back with 50.86... tied for the second fastest 200 Back time in Western Illinois school history with 1:53.24.

AT CARTHAGE COLLEGE: Helped the team to a CCIW Conference championship in 2010... was a conference finalist placing 2nd and 3rd.

HIGH SCHOOL: Letterwinner in swimming, cross country and track... earned All-Conference, All-State and All-America honors for swimming... served as swim team captain.

PERSONAL: Son of Lynn and Patti Bond... born on December 31, 1990... pursuing a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry... brother Kel ran at Monmouth College (2003-07) and professionally in Atlanta, Ga.
